Dolphins
Dolphins work the backline at Cape Vidal at first light, and they are one of the reasons an early walk on the beach is worth setting the alarm for. Few places on Earth let you watch whales, dolphins and turtles alongside the animals of the African bush, all within reach of the same camp.
When and where to see them
Early morning on the beach in front of camp is the classic time and place. Climb a high dune for a wider view over the bay, and keep an eye on the backline while you are up there.
